The Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF) has announced plans to host a Gracies Day of Giving fundraiser later this month.
On July 26th, the birthday of Gracie Allen, the organization will raise funds to help the mission of impacting positive change in the media space by producing education programs, recognition events, and scholarships.

“We are thrilled to launch the Gracies Day of Giving as a way to honor Gracie Allen’s legacy and support the next generation of women in media, especially as we begin planning for the 50th anniversary of the Gracie Awards” said AWMF President Becky Brooks. “Generous donations will allow us to continue offering vital resources and opportunities to young women who are poised to make significant contributions to the media industry.”
The annual Gracies Leadership Awards are scheduled to take place on Tuesday, November 19th at Tribeca 560 in New York City.
