SuperTalk Mississippi has raised more than $300,000 during its 12th annual radiothon that benefits the Palmer Home for Children in the Magnolia State.
Established in 1895, the foundation serves children from newborns through 24-year-olds in need of foster care, family care, and transitional care programs.
“This marks our 12th year hosting the Radiothon, a cherished tradition among our team and listeners,” said SuperTalk Mississippi Media President/CEO Kim Dillon. “It’s a day when we pause our regular programming to spotlight the incredible impact of Palmer Home for Children. As an independent nonprofit, Palmer Home relies on community support, and we are honored to play a role in ensuring these children have a safe haven.”
The charity has served as the foundation of choice for the radio network since 2013. The company has raised more than $2.7 million for the organization since its debut radiothon.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to SuperTalk Mississippi for their unwavering commitment to our mission of helping children in crisis,” said Palmer Home for Children President/CEO Drake Bassett. “This longstanding partnership has transformed countless lives, providing essential funds that support every aspect of Palmer Home’s comprehensive care programs.”
