The Roar Drops ‘The Press Box’ With Brad Senkiw; Renews as Clemson Flagship Through 2030

Senkiw had been with the station since July 2017.

WCCP 105.5 The Roar has made a change in its mid-morning slot. Station General Manager John Henis has confirmed to BSM that Brad Senkiw is no longer with the station and that it was “a mutually agreed upon decision.” Henis said a new local show will now fill the timeslot which will be hosted by Faxon Childress.

Fax on Sports will air weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Childress’ father Mark is also a host on the station as well as for the Clemson Athletic Properties Network.

Senkiw had been with the station since July 2017.

The Roar has been the flagship station for Clemson University athletics since 2003 and have announced they’ve extended that partnership for several more years. The station airs football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball.

“Signed, sealed, delivered,” the station posted on X. “We’re THE flagship station for Clemson Athletics through 2030.”
