Fox News has announced plans to begin a daily one-hour Spanish language news show hosted by FOX & Friends Weekend co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy on its FOX Deportes cable sports network.
Fox Noticias will air at 4 PM ET on FOX Deportes and will also be available in podcast form from Fox News Audio.
The television debut will happen on Monday, October 15th. Ahead of the show’s debut, a Spanish-language version of the Fox News website will debut today, which will be machine translated.
“I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to host FOX Noticias,” Rachel Campos-Duffy said. “As the fastest growing electorate, accounting for nearly 20% of the population, the Hispanic American community is thriving, and I am proud to bring a new show that breaks down the news of the day with a focus on the kitchen table issues that matter most to our community.”
“As the leading cable news provider among Hispanic viewers with one of the most diverse audiences in cable news, we are proud to deliver new headline-driven content that focuses on the issues impacting the Hispanic community,” added Fox News Senior Vice President John Sylvester.
In addition to being available on the Fox News Digital platforms, the new offering will also be available on FOX Nation, and the FOX Sports app in addition to FOXDeportes.com.
