Christmas has arrived in Louisville. 1570 WLRS and Translator 92.5 are the first all-Christmas music stations in the 2024 holiday season.
The launch date for “The 92.5 Days of Christmas,” which will run through December 31, was October 1.
The station’s website says to be sure to listen in January 2025 for 1570LRS—” Latino Radio Service,” the new format. The signal extends to the northern areas of the Louisville market, across the Ohio River into Southern Indiana.
Before the Christmas launch, the station was broadcasting the Christian Preaching “Pure Radio” format, which is also heard 92.3 via SummitMedia’s 106.9 WVEZ-HD2. That station will stay in its current format.
