In an Instagram post, Audacy St. Louis SVP/Market Manager Becky Domyan wrote, “We lost a beloved member of our radio family and community today. Jen was an absolute warrior and used her time and energy to help others day in and day out, even if she wasn’t feeling her best. I am so honored that I was able to work with her, as her positive impact on so many was significant. She was continually selfless beyond measure and was a shining bright light for anyone and everyone she came into contact with.”

A native of Amherst, NY, Myers launched her career in 1998 at CBS Radio’s Modern AC, Alice 92.9 in Buffalo. She then moved to Saga Communications in November 1999, serving as Music Director and midday host for Star 102.5 in Des Moines. In January 2002, Myers returned to CBS, taking on the roles of Music Director and morning co-host at Y98. In March 2021, she advanced to Assistant Program Director for both Y98 and AC 102.5 KEZK, transitioning from the morning timeslot to middays at Y98.

In April 2022, she announced her decision to leave the station in order to prioritize her health.
