BIA Advisory Services has announced the appointment of Senan Mele to the role of Vice President of Forecasting & Data Analytics for the market media intelligence firm.
Mele joins the company after previously working for Horizon Media, where he helped spearhead the company’s media spending efforts across television, social media, digital, and search engines. He also previously spent time at m/Six, where he helped manage marketing campaigns across large social media platforms and Google.
“Senan’s expertise in cross-channel media trends will enhance our forecasting and analysis capabilities as the lines between traditional and digital media continue to blur,” said BIA Advisory Services Managing Director Rick Duce, to whom Mele will report. “The media industry is experiencing significant changes, from the rise of streaming platforms to the decline of traditional advertising models. Senan’s ability to combine economic and industry data will help us deliver more accurate revenue forecasts and insights to our clients.”
According to the company, Senan Mele will be focused on developing new local advertising forecast models, creating quarterly and annual forecast reports, building new data visualization tools, and expanding the company’s data and methodologies for accuracy.
