Rock 100.5 Dothan, AL, has relaunched as 100.5 The Bear and is positioned as “’Bama’s Best Rock. ” The station also picks up the syndicated “The Jason Lee and Kluck Show” for mornings.
The station’s core artists include AC/DC, Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, Pearl Jam, and Aerosmith. Station management referred to the switch as more than a rebrand and a station built for the real rock fan.
