Former Talk Radio Host Joe Ligotti, ‘The Guy From Boston’, Dies

Joe Ligotti, the former news/talk radio host and conservative cable news pundit billed as “The Guy From Boston, has died.

In a post to Facebook, Ligotti’s wife revealed that her husband had died unexpectedly.

“I keep forgetting what a huge presence he is, because to me he was just my husband, my love,” she wrote. “He has made so many connections with people through his social media and has made lasting friendships over the years. I have seen all of your posts and am grateful for your kind words.”

Joe Ligotti previously worked in radio at WTKK 96.9 and 1510 WMEX. He also worked for Salem Media Group in Boston, and also spent a year working in Philadelphia with VB Broadcasting.

A native of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, Ligotti also made appearances on Fox News and once appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

More recently, Ligotti had spent time focusing on his YouTube channel, where he was known for his fiery, passionate conservative political rants.
