After routinely finishing in the teens during the first several weeks of the YouTube podcast charts, The Tucker Carlson Show moved up all the way to number five in the latest rankings.

Carlson’s podcast surpassed other shows like 48 Hours (6th), Shawn Ryan Show (7th), and The Pat McAfee Show (12th), among others it had previously finished behind.

The rise of Carlson’s show comes after he had a quite public battle against MAGA political figures like Mark Levin and Donald Trump, who called the former cable news host “kooky”. Carlson also featured a lengthy sit-down conversation with Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), which saw the pair spar over a variety of issues. The full, nearly two-hour conversation between the two garnered more than 3.5 million views.

Other podcasts hosted by Tucker Carlson during the timeframe catapulting him into the top five included conversations with Steve Bannon and Dan Caldwell.
