McMurphy reports that Benetti will leave ESPN for FOX Sports and become the voice of the network's No. 2 college football broadcast team alongside Brock Huard.
Benetti, who is with ESPN now and is voice of the Chicago White Sox television broadcasts as well as Peacock's MLB Sunday Leadoff game, would join Brock Huard in the booth.
The network also announced that the audience peaked right when they wanted it to, at the end of an exciting second half that saw the Stallions come back to win 33-30. That audience number topped at 1,834,000 during the 10:30-10:45pm ET window.
