The Miami Herald is reporting that Amber Wilson, will audition for 790 The Ticket’s morning show with Jonathan Zaslow and Brett Romberg this Monday through Thursday.
Wilson’s background includes previously co-hosting a local sports television show “Sports Bang” on CBS-4 alongside Jon “Stugotz” Weiner of “The Dan Le Batard Show”. She has also made local radio appearances on The Ticket and 640 Sports, and previously worked for SNY in New York on the show “Beer Money” from 2010-2011.
The morning show vacancy is a result of Joy Taylor leaving The Ticket to pursue an opportunity in television with Fox Sports. Wilson is the second female to have an opportunity to audition for the morning show opening. Local media personality Johanna Gomez was the first to step in.
