Earlier this week, 95.7 The Game in San Francisco parted ways with morning host Chad Doing, and midday host John Middlekauff. The big rumor was that FOX Sports Radio host JT The Brick would be brought in to anchor middays.
Today, those rumors were confirmed.
JT will replace Guy Haberman and John Middlekauff from 10a-12p. He’s expected to host the show remotely from Las Vegas. The addition of the local program will have no impact on his work with FOX Sports Radio.
The Brick is no stranger to the Bay Area. He’s hosted a local show in the market previously for KNBR 1050, and has remained involved with the Oakland Raiders, a team he’s very passionate about.
With JT joining The Game, questions still linger about Guy Haberman’s role with the station. It’s expected that the station would like to retain him but no details have been offered yet about his future. Haberman took to Twitter to thank local listeners for their support and said he was weighing his options.
