Fox Sports 1 will expand its college football offerings with a new college football show hosted by Jenny Taft. CFB: Inside Slant premiers Wednesday September 5 at 7:00 pm. Taft also serves as moderator of Skip & Shannon: Undisputed weekday mornings on FS1.
The thirty-minute news magazine will feature interviews with players and coaches and deep dive segments on the sport’s biggest news. The first episode will feature a sit-down interview with new UCLA head coach Chip Kelly. The first two episodes of CFB: Inside Slant will air on Wednesdays before moving to its regular late-night time slot on Tuesdays.
The new show is meant to bolster Fox Sports’ college football presence, which will include the Red River Rivalry game between Texas and Oklahoma as well as Ohio State’s meeting with Michigan in 2018. The network will once again serve as the TV home of the Big Ten and Pac-12 Championship Games as well as two postseason bowl games.
