Boomer & TJ Bringing NFL Primetime Back On ESPN+

Chris Berman and Tom Jackson are coming back to ESPN to put a cap on every NFL Sunday. NFL Primetime will air Sundays throughout the NFL season on ESPN+.

The duo originally hosted the show on ESPN from 1987 until 2005. The new version will bring new personalities into the fold. SportsCenter anchor Scott Van Pelt and Monday Night Football play-by-play man Joe Tessitore will make appearances on the show.

New shows will debut Sunday nights at 7:30. They will be available on demand one ESPN+ until the following Wednesday each week and will be updated with Sunday and Monday night highlights later in the week.

“ESPN just celebrated its 40th birthday and the NFL is celebrating its 100th season,” Berman said in an ESPN press release. “What better way to commemorate both occasions than by bringing back NFL PrimeTime, now on ESPN+. I hope everyone is as excited about this as we are.
