Last week Altitude Sports and Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) debuted a new weekday digital show intending to educate, inform, entertain and connect local fans.
Titled Sports Social, the show airs live for two hours each weekday from 11am – 1pm MDT and replays again from 5 – 7pm MDT. Each show includes a wide range of topics and offer interviews with local and national sports personnel. Fans can access Sports Social on the Facebook page, Twitter, YouTube and website for Altitude Sports, the Avalanche, Nuggets, Rapids and Mammoth, all of which are KSE owned entities.
“Altitude Sports and KSE believes it’s essential to keep fans engaged and informed during this hiatus of games and our regular programming,” Altitude Sports EVP/GM Kenny Miller said in the press release. “We are fortunate to have the ability to disseminate information across our many media assets and various social channels. Sports Social will continue to connect our passionate followers by providing them fresh, informative content, interviews and insight from experts locally and from around the world.”
Some of those local experts include Altitude Sports talent Vic Lombardi, Kyle Keefe, Katy Winge, Marc Moser and Conor McGahey who are the main hosts of Sports Social. Additionally, featured guest hosts and analysts include Chris Marlowe, Scott Hastings, Peter McNab, Lauren Jbara, Richard Fleming, Todd Romero, Mark Rycroft, John-Michael Liles, Teddy Jenner, Marcelo Balboa and Chris Dempsey.
