In February of 2020, TNT announced that in just three months it would premier a four-night documentary event detailing the history and influence of Inside the NBA. Like so many other things in the sports world, that premier was put off by the Covid 19 pandemic.
Now, we have a new premier date. Turner Sports announced on Monday that that documentary series, titled The Inside Story, is set to premier next month.
Very few pregame shows have created the kind of fan reaction that Inside the NBA can seemingly every week. Those fans are clamoring for March 4, when The Inside Story premiers. It will run through the 7th.
Each episode will be an hour long. Turner did not mention whether or not any new material from the nine months between when the documentary was set to premier versus its actual premier will be added.
