Bloomberg made several moves to bolster its coverage in the Nation’s Capital, according to Talkers.
The financial network announced Jodi Schneider is taking over as Bloomberg TV and Radio’s political news director while Annmarie Hordern and Joe Mathieu are joining as Washington correspondents covering the White House and Capitol Hill.
Mathieu, a former anchor at WBZ Newsradio 1030 has also spent time at CBS and Sirius XM.

Hordern returns to the U.S. from London where she was most recently anchor of Bloomberg Daybreak Europe.
The media outlet focuses on business and capital market programming and is currently in 310 million homes nationwide.
Headquartered in New York City, the network has bureaus in Europe, London, Asia, and Hong Kong.
