Andrew Cuomo Accuser Goes Public With CBS News Interview

One of the 11 women that New York Attorney General Letitia James determined Gov. Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed went public during an interview with CBS News’ Jericka Duncan on “CBS This Morning.”

Brittany Commisso, who is listed on the AG James’ report as “Executive Assistant #1,” told her story about the allegations of harassment made by the New York governor.

Commisso opened up about two incidents where Cuomo was inappropriately touching her. The first incident occurred on Dec. 31, 2019, at the governor’s mansion in Albany. Commisso stated that she held the camera while trying to take a picture with the governor, and he rubbed her rear end.

The second incident with Cuomo happened in November 2020, again at the governor’s mansion. Commisso stated that the governor hugged in “probably the most sexually aggressive manner than any of the other hugs that he had given me.”

She went on to state that the governor “shut the door so hard to the point where I thought for sure, someone downstairs must think if they heard that ‘What is going on?’ He came back to me, and that’s when he put his hand up my blouse and cupped my breast over my bra.

“I exactly remember looking down, seeing his hand, which is a large hand, thinking to myself, ‘Oh, my God. This is happening.’ It happened so quick; he didn’t say anything. When I stopped it, he just pulled away and walked away.”

Cuomo continues to deny these allegations as he faces pressure to resign from the position.
