According to Radio Insight, Atlanta’s 95.5 WSB has hired veteran programmer Paul Ihander as Assistant Program Director.
Ihander has served as the Brand Manager at Audacy-owned News and Talk Radio 840 AM KXNT and 1140 The Bet KXST in Las Vegas.
Ihander said he jumped at the chance to join WSB, which earned the Marconi Award for “Legendary Station of the Year.”
“It was going to take something special for me to take on a new challenge in our industry, and the idea of joining a respected brand like WSB was certainly something special,” said Ihander.
95.5 WSB has been a perennial leader in the Atlanta market and one of the country’s highest-rated news/talk stations.
“Paul has extensive experience in leading News/Talk formats, and he brings exciting energy as he steps into this key role for WSB,” said CMG Atlanta Radio VP/Market Manager Jaleigh Long.
