Fox News Lays Out Plans for President Joe Biden’s State of the Union

Fox News has unveiled its broadcast plans for President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address, which will take place on Tuesday, March 1st.

The event will be co-anchored by “Special Report” host Bret Baier and “The Story” host Martha MacCallum. Several other personalities will make contributions, including “America’s Newsroom” co-anchor Dana Perino, senior political analyst Brit Humeand “The Five’s” rotating co-host and former Democratic congressman Harold Ford Jr.

According to The Hill, State of the Union speeches draw big audiences. In 2020, 37 million people tuned in to see former President Donald Trump’s speech. In 2021, 27 million people tuned in to view President Biden’s first address to Congress.

Fox News will also carry the Republican response to Biden’s address.

Following the address, FNC will air special editions of “Hannity” at 11 PM/ET, followed by “The Ingraham Angle” at 12 AM/ET and “FOX News @ Night” anchored by Shannon Bream at 1 AM/ET.

FOX News Digital will also feature wall-to-wall coverage of the State of the Union address. FOX News Audio will also provide multi-platform coverage of the address. Beginning at 8 PM/ET, FOX News Radio’s Jared Halpern and Jessica Rosenthal will cover the address and Republican response.
