Morning Joe Pokes Fun at Donald Trump, LIV Golf for Small Crowds

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” had a laugh at the expense of former President Donald Trump during Monday’s edition of the morning show.

This past weekend, the LIV Golf Tour was at the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster; with Trump enjoying large crowds, the program decided to show the lackluster turnout and poke fun at the tournament.

“Oh, my God. Look at that. Oh, my God. There’s no crowd,” Mika Brzezinski said when panning to the visual of the attendance.

Co-host Joe Scarborough jumped in to say the crowd size at the LIV Golf tournament was “kind of sad.” He added that the turnout resembled “some of the shots during [Trump’s] inauguration; there was literally nobody.”

Furthermore, Brzezinski decided to continue with the joke bringing up the amount that someone would need to pay to attend the golf tournament at the Trump-owned course.

“The Wall Street Journal reports the tickets for Saturday session were available on StubHub for as little as a dollar,” Brzezinski told her two “Morning Joe” co-hosts. “He’s a big draw, isn’t he?”

“Donald Trump there not good, Jonathan [Lemire]. Not good at all,” Scarborough responded.
