Fox News Radio host Jimmy Failla said Monday that former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was smart to leave the Biden administration when she did.
Failla credited Psaki for her comments on “Meet the Press” Sunday in which she stated that if the upcoming midterms are a referendum on the president, the Democrats will lose.
“People are sick of the extreme talk,” Failla said. “They (Democrats) have mismanaged the country to the moon and back and Psaki is straight up admitting it.”
Psaki, a contributor at MSNBC, also said that crime is a big vulnerability for Democrats.
“Psaki could’ve been the White House Press Secretary for two years or four years, think about it. When you look at Karine Jean Pierre, Jen Psaki wasn’t forced out by a better backup,” Failla said.
Psaki served as Joe Biden’s White House Press Secretary between 2021 and 2022.
Failla said Psaki has found a “safe landing space over at MSNBC.”
“At the time I said she was leaving because she knows it sucks,” he added. “She (Psaki) knows nobody in positions of media prominence is going to have anything to do with this administration.”
