Charly Arnolt is departing ESPN to join OutKick for a yet-to-be-announced morning show on the outlet’s digital streaming platforms.
Arnolt spent five years at the Worldwide Leader, where she hosted SportsCenter and filled in on the First Take desk while Molly Qerim was on assignment.
“I’m extremely excited to join OutKick and work alongside Clay and a great stable of talent,” Arnolt said. “The outspoken nature of the platform and its ability to create engaging content is what really piqued my interest. I have a lot of opinions that I haven’t been able to express, and I can’t wait to get started.”
Arnolt was previously a backstage interviewer for WWE, utilizing the stage name Charly Caruso. In addition to her work at ESPN, she also works as a reporter for UFC events. She will continue in that role even after her ESPN departure because the bouts are produced by UFC.
“Charly is an outstanding talent and will be a great asset for OutKick,” Clay Travis, the outlet’s founder, said. “It doesn’t surprise me she wanted to leave ESPN given their woke approach to sports and this is a great opportunity for her to join a platform that’s growing fast where she can speak her mind.”
The program Arnolt will host with OutKick was labeled as “currently in development”, but the digital platform noted that the show will be announced ahead of the upcoming football season.
