Longtime New Hampshire Public Radio production manager Emily Quirk has been promoted to serve as the network’s Program Director.
Quirk has been with NHPR for 11 years, and will now oversee the network’s broadcast platforms and live event programming.

“Emily is dynamic and energetic, a can-do person who makes good things happen,” NHPR President Jim Schachter said.
She has spent the past six months acclimatizing herself to the position and leading the programming department and podcast teams.
Prior to joining NHPR in 2012, she worked in various roles — including hosting All Things Considered — at public radio station KUSP in Santa Cruz, CA.
