Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson commanded the stage for more than 6 hours during a presidential forum with TheBlaze Friday, and Mike Gallagher was impressed.
During The Mike Gallagher Show Monday, the Salem Radio Network host began discussing the interview between Carlson and former Vice President Mike Pence. Gallagher then shared how well he thought Carlson performed.
“I’ll bet you there’s some executives at Fox News looking at that and saying, ‘What did we do?'”, Gallagher said. “I mean, this guy’s own six hours on stage. He was brilliant. He was masterful. It was respectful, but he was Tucker. He was what we love about Tucker Carlson.”
Gallagher’s reaction to the forum was virtually the opposite of The Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro. Shapiro said he viewed Carlson’s conduct was trying to beat Republican candidates into believing the same policy ideals that he held.
