NewsNation and sibling digital political news outlet The Hill will have a new face on their coverage. The media outlet announced that Steve Krakauer is joining the organization as a contributor.
Krakauer currently serves as the executive producer of SiriusXM’s The Megyn Kelly Show and will continue to produce the program and take on these new positions.
“No one understands better than Steve how the media and politics intersect and shape our national conversation,” President of News Michael Corn said.
“Having worked as a journalist at major broadcast and cable networks, he not only brings a wealth of experience to NewsNation, but a deep understanding of how the media crafts stories and influences public opinion.”
In his new role with NewsNation and The Hill, Krakauer will offer on-air analysis about the media business for NewsNation and contribute written opinion pieces for The Hill.
“We’re very excited to welcome Steve as an opinion contributor for The Hill’s growing Opinions section,” Joe Ruffolo, Senior Vice President and General Manager of The Hill and NewsNation Digital, said. “The state of the media is changing and evolving, so having his analysis will be an excellent addition.”
