Compass Media Networks has announced it is promoting Robert Blum to the role of Vice President of Affiliate Sales Sales for Sports & News/Talk Programming.
Blum joined the network in 2011 and currently oversees affiliate sales for news/talk shows like The Erick Erickson Show, The Lars Larson Show, The Joe Pags Show, Markley, van Camp & Robbins, This Morning with Gordon Deal, and America’s First News with Gordon Deal, among others, for Compass Media Networks.
“It is a privilege to work with over 1,200 news-talk-sports affiliates and our awesome array of talent and sports partners,” said Robert Blum. “The best part of my job is the meaningful friendships that I have been fortunate enough to build over the years. The best is yet to come.”
Before joining the company in 2011, Blum — a graduate of Arizona State University — worked as a Manager of Marketing and Promotions for the New York Yankees.
