Former Barstool Sports CEO Erika Ayers Badan is debuting a new podcast with Lemonada Media that focuses on professional workplaces and relationships.
Work with Eriak Ayers Badan will feature the current Food52 CEO and former Barstool executive speaking candidly as she navigates “what’s great about work, what’s terrible at work and what you need to know to make work, work for you.”
Lemonada Media will handle both distribution and ad sales for the new venture.
The first episode premiered Monday, with each new episode also being scheduled for release on Mondays.
In the first episode, she shares why she started the podcast, the importance of learning on the job, and why resilience matters in today’s workplace.
The podcast follows a similar content series the longtime executive has created on social media, where she answers questions from up-and-coming professionals about the work place, culture, and how to navigate the early stages of a professional career.
