Nationally syndicated personality Delilah will receive the fourth annual Insight Award from the Library of American Broadcasting Foundation (LABF). The award will be presented April 7 at the NAB Show welcome in Las Vegas.
The award honors individuals or organizations whose work enhances the public’s understanding of the media’s societal role.
In a joint statement, LABF Co-Chairs Heidi Raphael, Chief Communications Officer Beasley Media, and communications attorney Jack Goodman said, “Delilah’s extraordinary ability to connect with listeners, her passion for storytelling, and her unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of others exemplify the essence of the Insight Award. We are thrilled to honor her remarkable contributions to broadcasting.”
Delilah is in both the National Radio Hall of Fame and the NAB Hall of Fame. A Marconi Award winner and a 2023 recipient of the Gracies Icon Award.
Past Insight Award winners include LeVar Burton, CBS News’ 60 Minutes, and journalist Soledad O’Brien.
