Curt Schilling has been terminated by ESPN, the network announced Wednesday night. The MLB Analyst and former pitcher was let go after posting a meme on his Facebook page Tuesday that many considered to be anti-transgender.
“ESPN is an inclusive company. Curt Schilling has been advised that his conduct was unacceptable and his employment with ESPN has been terminated,” the network said in a statement.
Schilling has yet to respond. Expect more to come on this story.
