Rick Sutcliffe To Remain At ESPN

Rick Sutcliffe has been at ESPN for 20 years. Thanks to a new deal announced today, it looks like he isn’t going anywhere for the foreseeable future. He has signed a multiyear extension with the network.

In his current role, Sutcliffe is paired with Jon Sciambi on the Wednesday Night Baseball broadcasts during the regular season. He switches to ESPN Radio for the playoffs, where he was paired with Chris Berman this past season. In a press release announcing the new deal, it is mentioned that he will remain in those same roles moving forward. He and Sciambi will also continue to work on holiday double-and-triple-headers.
