The Bauer Hour is taking some time on Tuesday to talk about the way anxiety effects Major League Baseball players. Co-host Casey Stern tweeted that he hopes it will help anyone struggling with the very common affliction.
Cincinnati Reds pitcher Trevor Bauer is the host of The Bauer Hour. He and Stern have lined up several guests for the special including former Major Leaguers Steve Sax, Rick Ankiel, and Dr. Jonathan Fader.

MLB Network Radio airs The Bauer Hour twice a month on Tuesdays at 5pm. The show debuted in October. SiriusXM has not announced plans for the show once the new MLB season begins.
