Another CNN star is facing allegations of sexual misconduct. This time it’s Don Lemon and the case is reportedly headed to court following various challenges and delays.
Fox News reports the allegations stem from an encounter in July of 2018 at Murf’s Backstreet Tavern in Sag Harbor, New York.
A man named Dustin Hice alleges that Lemon “put his hand down the front of his own shorts, and vigorously rubbed his genitalia, removed his hand and shoved his index and middle fingers in plaintiff’s mustache and under the plaintiff’s nose.”
Hice reportedly worked at a nearby restaurant and had just gotten off work. A former co-worker, George Gounelas claims to have witnessed the incident.
“We had just gotten off work,” said Gounelas. “So that’s why we ended up there because we worked in the restaurant business. So, by the time everything is done, we can only hit a late-night spot.”
During the encounter Lemon reportedly asked Hice if he liked, “pussy or dick?”
Last week, CNN anchor Chris Cuomo was accused of sexually harassing one of his former producers at a farewell party in 2005.
Lemon had denied any wrongdoing.
