According to KJRH-TV, former Tulsa, Oklahoma talk radio host Pat Campbell has died from brain cancer.
In May, Barrett News Media reported that Campbell left his talk radio show at KFAQ after 13 years. The Griffin Communications-owned station has since flipped its format to sports talk.
Campbell was a frequent contributor to the O’Reilly Factor and Fox and Friends for several years. He hosted the Pat Campbell Show on WFLA in Orlando, Florida from 2004 – 2008.
After learning about his death, Oklahoma Sen. Jim Inhofe released a statement about his longtime friend.
“Pat – always larger than life – had a profound impact on television and radio, proudly representing Tulsa and Oklahoma locally and nationally,” said Inhofe. “Yet, more than being a pioneer for Conservative values in America, he was a friend. This loss will be felt for years to come. I am praying for peace for his loved ones during this difficult time.”
