Last year, Fox News fired former anchor Ed Henry following an investigation of “willful sexual misconduct in the workplace.” Nonetheless, over a year since his departure, Henry has resurfaced.
The Daily Beast relayed that the former Fox News anchor is now on Real America’s Voice, a fledgling internet and satellite TV network, with Steve Bannon as one of its contributors. Furthermore, Henry also has his online show titled Uncut Politics.
Nonetheless, seeing Henry on any television screen didn’t sit well with Wigdor LLP, the law firm representing Jennifer Eckhart, the former Fox News producer. Her accusations led to Henry’s firing, who provided a statement on Henry appearing on Real America’s Voice.
“It is unfathomable that Real America’s Voice has decided to give Mr. Henry, an alleged sexual harasser and abuser, this new platform,” the statement said.
“This recent hiring decision is yet another example of why so many survivors of abuse are afraid to come forward while their perpetrators are often rewarded in the workplace.”
Real America’s Voice and Henry’s attorney did not reply to inquiries for comment made by The Daily Beast.
