Earlier this year, Fox News canceled “Lou Dobbs Tonight” on the Fox Business Network following a lawsuit by Smartmatic, a voting technology company, for $2.7 billion.
After nine months on the sidelines, Lou Dobbs has returned to the public with a new podcast. Dobbs announced on Twitter that he’ll be hosting “The Great America Show.”
“I am beyond thrilled to be back with you all — I hope you will join me on this new journey; it’ll be a hoot!” Dobbs tweeted. In the tweet, he included an audio clip explaining the basis of the podcast.
“That’s right: Great America. I believe America is great. It has been and always will be,” Dobbs said. “Here, you and I will hear the thinking of elected officials, politicians. This podcast will take account of both political parties and do its best to keep America great.”
Dobbs informed his listeners that “The Great America Show” is available on various platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, his website, and more, with each episode being an hour long.
