A media company co-founded by nationally syndicated radio host Ben Shapiro is suing the Biden administration for its vaccine mandate for private employers.
The Daily Wire said in a statement that it will not comply with “Biden’s tyrannical vaccine mandate.”
“President Biden, the federal government, social media, and the establishment media have conspired to rob Americans of their freedoms in the name of public health,” said co-founder Jeremy Boreing. “We are suing the Biden Administration to put a stop to their gross overreach.”
President Biden proposed the mandate nearly two months ago. Last weekend, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit halted the requirements pending review.
They (U.S. government) have broken faith with the American people through conflicting messaging, false information, and by suppressing data and perspectives with which they disagree,” Boreing added.
