Neal Schore co-founded Triton Digital 16 years ago. However, after nearly two decades at the helm, he’s stepping down as CEO of the digital audio technology company and moving into a new role as Managing Advisor, per Inside Radio.
John Rosso will replace Schore, moving up from President of Market Development to President & CEO of the company.

Rosso began his career as an engineer in his native Buffalo, climbing the ladder to President of the ABC Radio network. Since 2012, he’s served as Triton’s President of Market Development. Rosso oversaw business development, sales, and marketing operations in that position.

It has been wildly fulfilling for me to experience Triton Digital delivering innovative technology, attracting the best of the best team, and building an incredible client base in over 80 countries, and I am so grateful to our team and clients for all their loyalty and trust since launching the company over 16 years ago,” Schore said.
“I’m pleased to assume the role of Managing Advisor, and to continue to support Triton Digital’s clients and employees under John’s exceptional leadership as Triton Digital continues to carry on our tradition of driving and leading our industry.”
