Yesterday, a biographer for former Fox News host Tucker Carlson alleged that the former primetime host was fired as part of an agreement between Dominion Voting Systems and the cable channel. Mike Gallagher wonders just how true that statement is.

While broadcasting from the National Religious Broadcasters convention in Orlando Tuesday morning, Gallagher was joined by 660 AM The Answer host Mark Davis. He asked what happened to the “Laura Ingraham will be the next Fox News host to be fired” story, which Gallagher questioned as well.

“It’s fascinating. Laura, Jeanine Pirro was said to be next, (and) Maria Bartiromo. Maybe there’s something to the reporting,” Gallagher said of the allegations made by Chadwick Moore. “His sources say it was all tied to the Dominion settlement and they had a secret handshake deal. ‘If we settle with you, guess what? You get rid of Tucker Carlson’. That’s kind of fascinating. I don’t know if there’s any validity to it.”

Davis countered by saying it’s like that “Those that know aren’t talking, and those that are talking don’t know”.

“We’re gonna see. It’s a bizarre thing,” concluded Gallagher.

Both Fox News and Dominion Voting Systems have continually denied Carlson’s exit was precipitated by an agreement between the two organizations.
