Yahoo Sports Radio is strengthening its team On-Air and behind the scenes. The station is giving Cyrus Saatsaz an opportunity to step in and host on the national network during the week of December 14-18. Saatsaz has previously worked for the Mighty 1090 in San Diego and KNBR in San Francisco. He announced the news earlier on his Facebook page.
Additionally, the station has hired Greg Peterson who is expected to contribute to the station in a dual role which includes covering events, fill-in hosting and providing weekend support. Peterson who interned last summer for the network and previously worked for WNSR in Nashville revealed the news on Facebook.
