All Access was first to report that Geoff Sheen is no longer with The Ticket 760 in San Antonio. The afternoon talk show host had been with the radio station since 2013. It appears that the move was a budgetary decision.
Prior to arriving in San Antonio, Sheen spent three years with the syndicated network Sports Byline USA. He’s also programmed and hosted in Modesto and Fresno. To reach Geoff about new opportunities, contact him at mrgeoffsheen@gmail.com or on Twitter @mrgeoffsheen.
With Sheen’s afternoon show removed, sources say that iHeart San Antonio will air “The Sports Buffet” with Craig Way and Rod Babers in its place. Way is the play by play voice of the Texas Longhorns. Babers played for Texas and spent three seasons as a cornerback in the NFL. They originate out of Austin, TX on iHeart’s 1300 The Zone.
