According to Crossing Broad, longtime host and producer Jon Marks will be leaving 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia. Marks’ contract is set to expire on October 20th and he’s informed station management and morning host Anthony Gargano that he won’t be sticking around.
Marks has agreed to continue appearing with Gargano in mornings until his agreement expires. Gargano had requested that he remain involved. Local speculation is that Marks could land at WIP once his non-compete clause expires. That though hasn’t been confirmed by anyone close to the situation.
