The Sean Salisbury Show makes its television debut today on the beIN Sports television network. As part of the arrangement between Gow Media and beIN Sports, Salisbury’s show will air on television M-F from 5p-7p ET.
“We are really excited about the partnership and the opportunity to give Sean’s radio show a national TV platform,” said David Gow, CEO of Gow Media. “This is a significant step for our company, as we can now offer our advertising partners radio, digital media and television – and we can do so on a local, regional or national basis.”
The Sean Salisbury Show features Salisbury and includes Brian Barrett and Robin Carlin, as well as contributions from show producer Adam Sager. Craig Larson, Program Director of SB Nation Radio noted “the chemistry of the group is really strong. Their radio show has been a strong part of our lineup, and now we can get them far more exposure.” Salisbury added “I have never been more excited in my career than I am for this show. This validates hard work, resilience and preparation! Blessed with a special team and honored to join beIN Sports and grow our show into a must-watch-and-listen!”
Salisbury spent ten years playing in the NFL, and after his playing career ended, transitioned into sports media where he enjoyed a twelve year run on ESPN. During his time with the network he served as an analyst for hit shows such as SportsCenter and NFL Live. He’s appeared in the films “The Benchwarmers” and “The Longest Yard”, and has been with Gow Media for the past 3 years, hosting shows locally in Houston on ESPN 97.5 and nationally on the SB Nation Radio network.
Brian Barrett is a homegrown product of Gow Media, joining the company several years ago as an update anchor. Barrett’s role on SB Nation Radio has grown from anchor to fill in host, to now a daily co-host of the Sean Salisbury Show.
Robin Carlin joined the program as a co-host in January. She previously served as a contributor to the Denver Post and Mile High Sports in Denver.
