Football season unofficially begins with the start of training camp and Fox Sports Radio is making an event out of it. The network will send two of its personalities on the road to broadcast from NFL training camps across California.
JT the Brick will take his show to Napa Valley, where the Raiders hold their annual training camp. He has worked with the team in various broadcast capacities since 1998. Those broadcasts will be on July 26th and 27th.
Doug Gottlieb’s travel schedule is a little more extensive. FSR’s afternoon man begins his journey with the Los Angeles Rams on the campus of UC Irvine. That show will happen on July 27th. Gottlieb gets a break from travel until August 6th. That’s when he heads to Oxnard to broadcast live from the Dallas Cowboys training camp. The tour ends on August 9th, when Gottlieb will broadcast from Chargers training camp in Costa Mesa.
Each team will be featured heavily during their respective tour stops. Fox Sports Radio will air exclusive interviews with players, coaches, and executives from each of the four teams featured.
