Raiders Move Radio Broadcasts to KCBS

The Oakland Raiders made the hiring of Brent Musburger official yesterday with a press release that also confirmed Lincoln Kennedy’s move from the sidelines to the booth. Chris Townsend will be the new sideline reporter.

“It is a pleasure and an honor to work alongside a legend like BRENT MUSBURGER,” Lincoln Kennedy said in the official press release. “I’m really looking forward to the upcoming season. I know the Raider Nation will enjoy our broadcasts. One people, one love, one nation… Raider Nation!”

A new radio team means a new radio station this season. The Raiders are staying in the Entercom family, but the team’s flagship moves from 95.7 the Game to KCBS Radio. Earlier this year, the team signed a new deal with Beasley Media Group in Las Vegas. The team’s games will air on 102.7 the Coyote and News Talk KDWN in their future home town.
