Tirico & McHugh Take Over Football Night in America

With Dan Patrick officially moving on from NBC’s NFL coverage, the Peacock Network has named new hosts for Football Night in America. Mike Tirico will host each Sunday Night from NBC’s Stamford, Connecticut studios. Liam McHugh will replace Tirico as the on-site co-host. Tony Dungy, Rodney Harrison, and Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio will remain as part of the revamped show.

Liam McHugh is a mainstay on NBCSN. He has been with that network since back when it was known as Versus. He has also anchored NBC’s coverage of Notre Dame football and the NHL. He has provided some coverage of the NFL on a part-time basis. He was a part of NBC’s Super Bowl LII coverage and anchored a few Thursday Night Football studio shows last season.
