SportsRadio 94WIP announced the hiring of their first Eagles beat writer, Eliot Shorr-Parks.
Shorr-Parks joins WIP after spending six years covering Philadelphia sports for NJ.com while working as an Eagles beat reporter for a majority of the tenure. NJ.com serves as the website for the Newark Stat-Ledgar, Trenton Times and South Jersey Times. Shorr-Parks also co-hosted an Eagles podcast on NJ.com for three years, The No-Huddle Show.
“I’m excited to announce that I will be joining SportsRadio 94WIP as their first ever Eagles beat writer,” said Shorr-Parks via his Twitter account. The newest WIP employee added that he will also be joining John Barchard and James Seltzer on the Go Birds Podcast and radio show.
Shorr-Parks’ primary responsibilities will be providing written digital content for 94WIP.com, but will also contribute to numerous radio shows for the station in addition to Go Birds.
