Budget cuts have impacted CBS Radio in Sacramento. Among those departing are KHTK morning co-host Keith Brooks and longtime Executive Producer Little Joe Pittman.
Morning co-host Carmichael Dave continues solo with midday host and Kings network producer Dave “Deuce” Mason and Morgan Ragan co-hosting. In the 10a-3p slot, morning producer Nate Goodyear slides into Mason’s co-host slot alongside Cory Pfister and incumbent Jason Ross.
Brooks moved from afternoons at sister Top 40/Rhythmic KSFM, where he was known as “Boondock,” to mornings at KHTK in 2013. Pittman meanwhile expressed his appreciation for his time at KHTK (where he had worked since he was 18 years old) on Facebook and Twitter and joked, “I’m thinking I should golf tomorrow. Who’s in?”
