SiriusXM and FanDuel, one of the leading providers of daily fantasy sports, will launch a new weekly fantasy basketball show on SiriusXM’s 24/7 NBA channel, SiriusXM NBA Radio.
FanDuel Fantasy Basketball on SiriusXM NBA Radio will debut today, November 4, and air every Wednesday from 3:00-4:00 pm ET throughout the season. SiriusXM NBA Radio is available to subscribers nationwide on satellite radios (Sirius channel 207, XM channel 86) and on smartphones via the SiriusXM app.
SiriusXM’s Jared Greenberg and FanDuel insider Madelyn Burke will host the show, which will focus on serving fantasy basketball players – those playing both daily and season-long formats – with the latest news, statistical information, advice on roster selections and more.
“SiriusXM NBA Radio is dedicated to providing fans the most extensive and in-depth NBA coverage available on radio, and as fantasy sports participation continues to grow across the board, we are excited to add a fantasy basketball-focused show to the channel’s lineup,” said Steve Cohen, SiriusXM’s SVP of Sports Programming. “Jared and Madelyn, along with FanDuel’s cast of expert analysts, will be a tremendous source of info and insight for our listeners, and will help them compete and win in whatever league they are playing in.”
SiriusXM NBA Radio features live game broadcasts and a daily schedule of NBA-focused news and talk from a distinguished roster of hosts. Personalities on the channel include former star players and coaches such as Vinny Del Negro, Mike Dunleavy, Sr., Rick Fox, Eddie Johnson, Stacey King, Rick Mahorn and Brian Scalabrine. NBA fans can call in to discuss the latest headlines and weigh in with their opinions on the issues of the day. The channel will also feature regular interviews with current players and coaches as well as NBA legends, on-location broadcasts from special events and more.
